Cúrsa Scileanna Rothaíochta

The Cycle Skills Course is aimed at pupils aged 10 years & over and consists of 6 hours of training conducted off-road. It is designed to cover the following areas:

bicycle safety check
bicycle control
personal safety / helmets / clothing
dangers / themselves /others
