Operation Transformation 2021 – Minimum Fitness Test Booklet Now Available

Operation Transformation @OpTranRTE, in collaboration with DCU School of Health and Human Performance, have developed the Minimum Fitness Test.
This test will identify where you fit within the minimum standards of physical fitness and give you a target fitness to aim for. To download a copy of the Minimum Fitness Test Booklet click HERE
OT 2021 is back! It may be a little bit different this year, but we are still promoting the same message – ‘Get up, get out, Get Active’
Here at Mayo Sports Partnership we have a 6-week programme suitable for any beginner new to exercise or just looking to try something new!
We have included introduction sessions to Yoga, Pilates, Strength and conditioning and some talks on Nutrition and mindfulness as well as some tips on better and different walking techniques.
Along with this programme we have a walking challenge with a difference! Weekly challenges set in conjunction with our weekly activity which will total 120k at the end of the 6 weeks! There will also be a number of easy to follow fitness test which you can do yourself both pre and post your 6-week challenge.
Why not get the year started on a gentle note and build a routine that you can sustain for 2021!
