County Mayo Migrant Integration Strategy - Public Consultation Meeting

Mayo County Council together with key stakeholders is currently preparing a Migrant Integration Strategy for the County. The purpose of this strategy is to identify and deliver a range of actions that will support migrants in Co Mayo to participate fully in all aspects of life in the county.
We are seeking the input of migrants living and / or working in the county to assist in preparation of the strategy.
Meetings will take place online on zoom as follows;

Those unable to attend who would like to contribute are invited to complete an online survey which can be sent by email to them upon provision of an email address.

Mayo County Council’s Community Engagement & Integrated Development section have prioritised the development of a Migrant Integration Strategy for Co. Mayo. The purpose of this strategy is to identify and deliver a range of actions that will support migrants in Co Mayo to participate fully in all aspects of life in the county. This work will be undertaken by independent consultants Kathy Walsh and Allen McAdam.
As part of the process of developing the Strategy we are looking for your help, seeking information on your experience. Your input as a migrant living and / or working in the county is really important to this project! The responses you provide in this survey will be invaluable in helping us to identify areas of strengths as well as unmet needs.
