Remaining Sections Of The New N5 Westport To Turlough Road To Open

Mayo County Council is pleased to announce that the remaining sections of the new N5 Westport to Turlough Road Project will open on Thursday, 15 June 2023 at 1pm.

The final sections of the new N5 is a 10 km dual carriageway from Pheasanthill/Derrylea, Castlebar, to Knockranny, Westport and a 2km single carriageway northern bypass of Westport.

All interchanges and roundabouts associated with the new N5 road will also be opened at this time.
