Roads & Parking Restrictions for Mayo Day 2023

Ahead of our Mayo Day flaghsip event taking place in Ballina on Saturday April 29th and the Mayo.ie Western People Womens Mini Marathon on Sunday April 30th, please be advised that a number of road closures and parking restrictions will be in place around the town as follows:

Walsh Street - Closed to traffic from 7am on Wednesday April 26th until 11pm on Sunday April 30th
Pearse Street - Closed to all traffic from approx. 6pm on Friday April 28th until 11pm on Saturday April 29th. Parking restriction will begin on Pearse Street from 7am on Friday April 28th
Market Square Car Park - Closed to traffic/parking from 6pm on Wednesday April 26th until 11pm on Sunday April 30th.
Tom Ruane Park - Car park and vehicle access wil be closed from 7am on Saturday April 29th until
