Weather and Roads Update January 8th

Our gritting teams have been out since early this morning however low overnight temperatures have increased the risk of black ice and dangerous driving conditions on all roads. Please allow extra time and exercise extreme caution if making a necessary journey.

Please exercise extreme caution on all our roads and footpaths/walkways.

For safety please assume that your road may not have been gritted and where you see a gritter, please do not overtake.
