Business Support 2024

Mayo Business Support 2024, as adopted at its budget meeting,  is there to assist business with rates of €10,000 or less, that increased as part of the Revaluation process and that remain adversely impacted after the government grant (ICOB – Increased Cost of Business) is considered.

As the government has now confirmed the parameters of the ICOB grant, it is Mayo County Councils intention  to apply the business support relief to the qualifying accounts before the end of Quarter 2 – 2024. (No accounts need to be submitted).

Your local Income Collector will be in contact with you to confirm the amount of relief added to your commercial rate account around that time.
