Housing Delivery Action Plan

Under the Housing for All policy document, published in September 2021, all housing authorities were obliged to prepare a Housing Delivery Action Plan for its area covering the years 2022 to 2026.

The plan sets out details of social housing and affordable housing (where applicable) delivery for the relevant period. The Mayo County Council Housing Delivery Action Plan contains proposed social housing construction projects, where they are to be located and a timeframe in line with individual authority targets under Housing for All.
